HONG KONG, Sept. 16 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake of 5.1 magnitude jolted Vanuatu on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 34.87 km, was initially determined to be at 14.5901 degrees south latitude and 166.8249 degrees east longitude.
