Feng Cuiling gives a lecture on the spirit of 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) at the School of Mathematics of Tianjin University in Tianjin, north China, Dec. 15, 2017. Feng Cuiling, a delegate to the 19th CPC National Congress, is Party secretary of the School of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology of Tianjin University.
