Aerial photo taken on Nov. 2, 2017 shows a resettlement community at Lizhuang Township in Fengqiu County, central China's Henan Province. Starting at the end of 2014, the provincial government of Henan organized a pilot poverty alleviation project to relocate 14 villages along the Yellow River from floodplain area to new settlements, while encouraging resettled villagers to develop farming industry and tourism to increase their income.
