TIRANA, June 23 (Xinhua) -- Six people got injured in a car accident on Saturday morning here, one in serious condition, Tirana police officials said.

According to Tirana police, three cars crashed on the way to Tirana International Airport at 6:40 a.m.local time on Saturday morning.

One of the six injured people was in serious condition and sent directly to hospital. Five of the injured are young.

Police officials said further investigation will be done to fully clarify the circumstances of the accident.
